INTRODUCTION
Dr. Qingying Li, Professor of Glorious Sun of School of Business and Management. Her research interests include service operations management, supply chain management, strategic consumer behavior. Dr. Qingying Li is the principal for three National Natural Science Foundation of China Programs. She published over twenty SCI/SSCI indexed journal papers including POM, IJPE, IJPR, ORL, ANOR, JORS, etc.
